The Fontanini Nativity Story of Zofia: Zofia worked in the marketplace selling the fruits from her family's orchards in the country. The fresh fruits were plentiful, but the fruits that had been dried were not, and so we were much more expensive. Zofia sold her wares wisely, keeping back the prized dried fruits for the very best price. During the Roman Census, the town was crowded, and the marketplace was full of people. A young man and his pregnant wife passed Zofia's stand looking at one in, then another, for a place to stay, with no success. Zofia felt sorry for the couple and offered them a small bag box of figs, wishing them well on their journey. The next morning customers in the market were exclaiming about the wonderful birth of a Savior in a stable in the town. Zofia immediately thought of the young couple she had met the day before and gathered a selection of her finest dried fruit - a gift for the newborn King.

Shipping and Returns

The majority of our products can be shipped to almost any destination across the world. We provide shipping options from USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

All shipping rates are calculated directly from the shipping services and are calculated by the overall size and weight of the order. Most orders are processed within 1 business day of the order being placed.

Once the order has been shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address used to place the order. Shipments ship from New Hampshire and delivery within the contiguous 48 states generally take between 2-5 days to be delivered once the package has been given to the shipper.

Please email our customer service team at info@christmasloft.com within 45 days of the delivery of your order if you need to return an item. Please include your order number, contact information, and reasons for return in your email. If you have received an item that is damaged we do ask that images/videos are sent along with the return request so it can be determined if a claim can be filed with the shipping service.

Prepaid return labels will be sent via email from our returns department for returns of damaged products. Exchanges cannot be guaranteed and will only be available when inventory allows for it. All refunds will be issued ot the credit card made to place the purchase. Our systems do not save financial information and we are unable to access information regarding cards used.
