His Turning Torso and Moving Arms appear to be searching for his next victim, while ghostly Sounds and a mournful Bell tolls in the background. Three activation options include, Steady-On, Infra-red Sensor, or Step-Here Pad. There is also a Volume Control so you can adjust to your surroundings. His silky persuasive voice says three phrases: Phrase #1: "At last you are here! Come closer, I will escort you into the shadows of the night." Phrase #2: "Your time on this earth has come to an end. I have come for your soul. Whether you sing with the choir invisible or wail with the demons of the underworld, I care not. Your soul is mine." Phrase #3: "Come this way, don't resist. Submit yourself to my embrace. Then, your suffering will not be as great."
The majority of our products can be shipped to almost any destination across the world. We provide shipping options from USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
All shipping rates are calculated directly from the shipping services and are calculated by the overall size and weight of the order. Most orders are processed within 1 business day of the order being placed.
Once the order has been shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address used to place the order. Shipments ship from New Hampshire and delivery within the contiguous 48 states generally take between 2-5 days to be delivered once the package has been given to the shipper.

Please email our customer service team at info@christmasloft.com within 45 days of the delivery of your order if you need to return an item. Please include your order number, contact information, and reasons for return in your email. If you have received an item that is damaged we do ask that images/videos are sent along with the return request so it can be determined if a claim can be filed with the shipping service.
Prepaid return labels will be sent via email from our returns department for returns of damaged products. Exchanges cannot be guaranteed and will only be available when inventory allows for it. All refunds will be issued ot the credit card made to place the purchase. Our systems do not save financial information and we are unable to access information regarding cards used.
