How the Book Came to Be
In 2012, Russell became a father and on Christmas day, after waking his little daughter for her first ever Christmas, arrived downstairs to quite a surprise. There resting on the mantelpiece above the fire, was a beautifully wrapped gift with an envelope resting by its side. He assumed it was a present from his wife, placed there as a Christmas surprise.
Upon picking up the letter, he soon realized that it was something very special. The beautifully scribed writing, the embossed red wax seal, his mind began to race with excitement. Could it be? Yes, it was. A letter from Santa Claus. In the letter he told of how he could see that the modern world was changing so fast.
The arrival of new things, such as; the Internet and films, meant that children now had access to so much information that he was worried the real truth about Christmas might be lost forever.
As such, he had left a journal containing knowledge that had remained a closely guarded secret for centuries. He said that, as an illustrator and writer who kept Christmas alive in his heart all year round, Russell would know what to do with it and as such, help spread the truth about Christmas to the children of the world.
So, Santa Claus: The Book of Secrets was born containing the truth behind one of the world’s oldest and greatest mysteries, in the words of Santa Claus himself.
The majority of our products can be shipped to almost any destination across the world. We provide shipping options from USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
All shipping rates are calculated directly from the shipping services and are calculated by the overall size and weight of the order. Most orders are processed within 1 business day of the order being placed.
Once the order has been shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address used to place the order. Shipments ship from New Hampshire and delivery within the contiguous 48 states generally take between 2-5 days to be delivered once the package has been given to the shipper.

Please email our customer service team at info@christmasloft.com within 45 days of the delivery of your order if you need to return an item. Please include your order number, contact information, and reasons for return in your email. If you have received an item that is damaged we do ask that images/videos are sent along with the return request so it can be determined if a claim can be filed with the shipping service.
Prepaid return labels will be sent via email from our returns department for returns of damaged products. Exchanges cannot be guaranteed and will only be available when inventory allows for it. All refunds will be issued ot the credit card made to place the purchase. Our systems do not save financial information and we are unable to access information regarding cards used.
