In the quaint alleys of Italy in 1908, a skilled artisan named Emmanuele Fontanini founded a company that would become a symbol of celebration and faith around the world. Fontanini, renowned for its meticulously crafted Nativity sets and figurines, has remained a cherished family enterprise, blossoming through generations with the dedication and passion instilled by its founder.

Each Fontanini piece, from the delicate figurines to the intricate set pieces, tells a story of craftsmanship and devotion. The process begins with the creative minds of a design team, including members of the Fontanini family and esteemed sculptor Elio Simonetti.

Their visions are translated into detailed sketches that undergo careful revision and approval. The approved designs come to life in Simonetti’s adept hands, as he sculpts the initial prototype in clay, laying the foundation for the exquisite final pieces.

After the Fontanini family's approval, the sculpture is transformed into a beeswax form, which is used to make the molds for mass production. These molds faithfully capture every intricate detail of the original design, ensuring that the figurines produced mirror the artistic vision with utmost fidelity.
