Please include your order number, contact information, and reasons for return in your email. If you have received an item that is damaged we do ask that images/videos are sent along with the return request so it can be determined if a claim can be filed with the shipping service.

Prepaid return labels will be sent via email from our returns department for returns of damaged products. Exchanges cannot be guaranteed and will only be available when inventory allows for it. All refunds will be issued ot the credit card made to place the purchase. Our systems do not save financial information and we are unable to access information regarding cards used.
