A collector mask is cast in latex, hand-painted and finished to match the screen appearance, and is built to be displayed year-round. A costume-shop mask is usually moulded vinyl with printed detail, made to a price for a single night. .

How should I store a latex mask?

Stuff it with tissue or keep it on a head form so it holds its shape, out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Latex hardens and cracks when stored flat or hot.
