We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and sized based. The shipping quotes are pulled live directly from the Fedex, UPS or USPS carrier.


To return an item to The Christmas Loft:

Please send us an email at informing us about your return.

Carefully package your item in its original packaging.

Securely attach the return label to your package.

Ship your items to us via the postal service, we can email you free return label for damaged items.

To ensure that we are able to offer you full credit please:

Keep products in new condition.

Return products in manufacturer's original packaging and include all components originally packaged with the product.

Do not write or mark the packaging, contents, or cards.

Package your items carefully.

We will credit your account upon receipt of your merchandise. We are not able to offer credit for return shipping costs if your order reached you correctly and in good condition. We are only able to offer Christmas Loft credit (not a refund) if you no longer have your original invoice.
