Growing up, my family's Christmas trees were decorated in ways that I like to call “Memory Trees.”

Today my Christmas tree is now full of ornaments that hold memories and sentimental value to me. One ornament is a glass heirloom passed down from generation to generation, one is of my tiny baby sandals, a snowflake I made in elementary school, a photo frame ornament with relatives’ pictures, and memorial ornaments for lost loved ones.
