Fontanini Heirloom Nativity figures are richly detailed and hand-painted in an old-world palette for authenticity and enduring beauty. So many people in the small Tuscan town of Bagni di Lucca, through multiple generations, have played a role in creating Fontanini nativities and religious figures. These 5" figures are hand-crafted from a specially formatted polymer that is resistant to chipping and breaking and then delivered to locations throughout Bagni di Lucca, Italy, to be painted by the locals with non-toxic paints. After painting, the Fontanini figurines are brought back to the factory for inspection, packaging, and shipping. The process is special as it allows you to have a truly "hand-made" Italian product. A delightful accompaniment included in this Nativity Set is story cards that offer a fictional account of each figurine at the time of Christ’s birth. Offering a step back in time to Biblical Bethlehem, story cards provide memory-making opportunities and have become a cherished tradition for many families.

Shipping and Returns

The majority of our products can be shipped to almost any destination across the world. We provide shipping options from USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

All shipping rates are calculated directly from the shipping services and are calculated by the overall size and weight of the order. Most orders are processed within 1 business day of the order being placed.

Once the order has been shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address used to place the order. Shipments ship from New Hampshire and delivery within the contiguous 48 states generally take between 2-5 days to be delivered once the package has been given to the shipper.

Please email our customer service team at info@christmasloft.com within 45 days of the delivery of your order if you need to return an item. Please include your order number, contact information, and reasons for return in your email. If you have received an item that is damaged we do ask that images/videos are sent along with the return request so it can be determined if a claim can be filed with the shipping service.

Prepaid return labels will be sent via email from our returns department for returns of damaged products. Exchanges cannot be guaranteed and will only be available when inventory allows for it. All refunds will be issued ot the credit card made to place the purchase. Our systems do not save financial information and we are unable to access information regarding cards used.
